Womb Wellness Coaching ~ 3 Month Program
Service Description
This virtual consultation offers a one-on-one session with Brittney, where we’ll take a deep dive into your womb health and menstrual cycle. We will create a customized healing plan that includes tailored pelvic steams, personalized nutritional and supplement advice, and lifestyle adjustments designed specifically for you. Our holistic approach focuses on the physical, spiritual, and emotional dimensions of womb health, with a strong emphasis on self-empowerment. It’s all about reconnecting with your body and fostering a deeper connection with yourself. Each session provides you with a detailed analysis report, a steaming guide, a custom herbal steam blend (enough for 6-7 sessions), and ongoing support for three months. If further support is needed or desired after the 3 months, you are wlcome to book a returning client consultation for $90. Your Coaching Package Also Includes: *Strengthen Your Womb Ebook: Packed with pelvic floor exercises, tips for tightening and strengthening your core, and guidance on healing diastasis recti. *Cycle Syncing Guide: Learn how to align your exercise and productivity with your menstrual cycle. *If you’re looking for more hands-on guidance, inquire about our personalized training sessions. Please note that exercise videos are available exclusively through our community subscription program.
Cancellation Policy
Thank You for choosing Adella By BC! We look forward to being of service to you. ♡ *PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES FULLY BEFORE BOOKING AS APPOINTMENTS AND EVENTS ARE FINAL SALE.* PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING. ~ If it has been more than 6 months since your last appointment or follow up appointment (Womb Wellness Coaching Consultations), you must book a New Client appointment and NOT Returning Client. ~ You cannot steam if you are pregnant unless under the supervision of a practitioner and only in preparation for labor once you reach full term. ~ No additional guest are allowed that are not being serviced ~ All no show/no call and same day cancellations will require a $30 rescheduling fee. If you are late past the 15 min grace period your appointment will be cancelled and same day cancellation fee will apply. This applies to both in person sessions as well as virtual sessions. NO EXCEPTIONS! If rescheduling does not take place within 30 days of the original appointment date then a NEW appointment has to be booked. ~ All appointments are on EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST) so please plan your schedule accordingly. NO EXCEPTIONS!
